Description

A little Loctite super glue might save your relationship, never mind your rubbers. I know you look at your ride every time you stop and sometimes you notice the rubber on the foot pegs rolls up. You paid a lot for those pegs and you want them to stay in place. Don’t even think about blaming your passenger, it’s not worth the fight. Add a little glue and ride on down the road.

I wanna take a moment and show you what's a common issue when you've got foot pegs with replaceable rubber inserts. A lot of times, as they start to wear the outer surface really still looks good but they have a tendency to wanna roll out of their allocation on the peg itself. Problem is though bunch up, next thing you know, one's completely gone. You'll find them doubled over each other like this, nice quick fix for this, is the quick tight gel. All you need to do is really put a little bit on there. A quick bit, and then get your rubber on the foot peg D rubber insert. Get it in position where everything is lined up just before it drops into the allocation and then roll it. You'll roll it right onto the glue. At that point, then inserts glued to the peg. It'll stay there, the rest of the life of the insert. And if you have to replace them, all you need to do is cut them off. You'll clean up a little of the residual glue and put a new one in its place.
