2016 Ultra Limited with 300 miles and the screen for the GS 6.5 infotainment system will not light up. Radio works but no screen. Replaced almost 4 year old battery and checked fuses and relays per Harley dealer but still no screen. Can anyone help?

Hi - I'm a deaf biker - we have a U.S. Deaf Biker group and we are all HD riders. Your videos don't have captioning. It's very difficult to follow for a majority of us who are completed deaf and rely on reading or sign language to communicate. Could this be something you look into? I'm very happy to help to keep it cost-effective or very low cost. It's simply a fuction of planning as you can run it through youtube with an unlisted URL and get the voice generated captions for free. You can make a link next to your video pages like _ VIDEO FOR DEAF & Hard of Hearing w/Captions or have all videos with the option to click on the Youtube generated captions. Something to think about and many thanks for your consideration.
