Question for Fix My Hog Do you have any information on how to change the saddlebag lid latch spring? It looks like the end of the rod is welded.

Fix My Hog Answers On an older m/c you will be much better off replacing the entire assembly.

    I replaced both latch springs on my "02"RoadKing used a little die grinder on the ends bought two replacement springs frm the stealership lightly tapped out the pin replaced the spring and pin applied a dap of jb weld on the end and for just a couple of bucks and a little time good as new a lot cheaper than replacing the whole entire assembly ✌️?
