We have a skip in the engine after warming up just at a constant speed. If you throttle up it goes away, until you get to a constant speed again. About to pull my hair out (ouch), any help please.

hello I have a 08 efi xl 1200c sometimes during constant acceleration I will loose a cylinder I notice if I roll the throttle or downshift it will kick back on and run regular. Its happens during every long or short ride it comes and goes no real pattern just under constant throttle mostly on highway riding. I have changed plugs/wires and only have 5k miles but I bought it used and put in a K&N replacement air filter stock air cleaner. I believe the exhaust has been upgraded. Its a California bike and there’s no evap canister. I thinkings it’s either the injectors or the Tmap sensor. Any thoughts? I’d appreciate any help you could provide. Thanks Josh T. NorCal
I found a older synthetic bottle of oil besides my Harley and am assuming they replaced a couple ounces with Synthetic because I do not believe my oil pump is functioning correctly now and was wondering how to my dealership to properly address this error that I have happening with my 14 StreetGlide? Could use more info. Any change when to tank is full or low? Sounds similar to my Heritage that had a hole in the fuel line inside the tank. Known problem that Harley refused to correct.
My son's 2012 dyna did that and it was a weak battery. I thought for sure the problem was fuel pump, filter or fuel line in the tank loosing pressure but he replaced the battery and the cutout problem was solved.
