2 Great New DVDs

Anytime I buy a bike, the first thing I do is get a service manual. I get great satisfaction from working on my own bikes and saving a few bucks on labor so I can buy more new stuff to put on and save myself a few bucks on labor. It’s a vicious cycle, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Service manuals are a good thing, but they’re kinds dry and assume you know more than you probably do.

I’ve bought a few instructional videos before, but, eh, they were mediocre at best. That is until I got Fix My Hog’s latest DVDs, Touring and Softail/Dyna Bolt-On Performance Editions. Frankly, I can’t say enough good things after watching each set and would heartily recommend them to anyone who’d like to do more than oil changes, but were afraid. The filming, lighting, and production qualities are top shelf and make it so anyone with a modicum of skill could successfully accessorize and hop up their Harley. Host Bob LaRosa thoroughly explains every move with excellent tips and advice. It’s like you’re there while he’s doing it. The almost seven hour, triple DVD set cost ~$50 and will pay for itself in the first thing you easily install. Do yourself a favor and check out their website at HYPERLINK “https://www.fixmyhog.com” www.fixmyhog.com or call 619-269-9321 and tell them Buck sent you.
